My father has bought induction cooker. He has taken it to abroad,to use it. He tells us that cooking on that cooker is very easy and food is cooked very quickly.
My friends who lives in rented room also uses induction cooker and they also tells me that its good to cook on that cooker.
This is the first time am hearing about this kind of stove for cooking. I heard only induction motor only
Sarala ji,you should buy it and definitely its a one type of cooker that cooks food. The main peculiarity of this cooker is that you are never burnt from such cooker. It heats only that much surface, which that utensil covers.
Thanks for your feedback Ronark..

And Ram for the links...

Sarala, presently the induction stove have been introduced in Indian market by top company like prestige too. I hope you can see them in shopping malls too. It does not need gas or electricity and as said even do not burn your utensils.

Only some live experiences needed which is already given by Ronark. :) :cheer:
I think they are giood as they use only a little energy. So we can save energy for future.
It works on Electrical energy and may be true that it cost us less and thus we can save lots of energy.
As it works on induction rather than conduction energy saving is obvious.
Ronark and Abid can i know whether it needs electricity or battery. I am confused. :S
It is totally electric operated and the cost of a branded induction cooker is 5000Nearly but electric consumption is very low. Continuous running in 2.30hrs consume only one unit.So finally it is cheap than LPG gas.
This is more innovative and energy efficient way of cooking and I think this would surely replace the LPG to a great extent in times to come...!
they are indeed environment friendly.induction cooker is the new form of cooking innovation and is likely to be a major landmark in the world.
Even I am using the induction stove from past 6 months and find it very useful than normal gas stove. As I dont have government gas connection i will have to pay more than 750/- for one gas cylinder of 14.2 kgs. After I started using the induction stove the gas consumption has gone low and now the cylinder lasts for more than 6 months. Another advantage is that it cooks faster than normal stove
is it really use 1 unit for continues working for 2-3 hours then it is very good and fuel efficient.
I use Canon kinetiser rather than magnetic induction cookers. It is a multipurpose device.
ya i also think induction stove is better and planning to purchase it since it is superb.
It is better to buy it now in future the cost of the inductive stove may increase.
The prestige induction stove is having the price of 3500 rs with two cookers.
The induction cooker is really inexpensive and also food is cooked quickly. So,this prefence can cost you less.
