I think the best way to get over the trauma of miscarriage is what Swetha suggested in the last line of her post.,"Be happy and move on, better babies would come again".
After abortation it takes some more time to carry again. but while carrying after abortion women should take alot of care. she should not take any stressful works or activities. like climbing more steps and all.till 3 months she should be careful .
A women who is pregnant and miscarried should take alot of care about her health by having good diet. a women who miscarried will broke her hope at that time she should try to be confident and should be mentally disturbed and should hope for the best and this time when she carried she should take alot of care from the activities and diet morning to night till she sleep
