The medical studies is saying not try to reduce fat immediately.If you do like this there may be many problems.The doctors are warning about this.

yes,its true,we should not try to lose our weight quickly. Such things should be done slowly-slowly. Otherwise effects would be very dangerous.
I just read an article about fat reduction methods.In it doesn't says about this.
But this is true i also shocked when i heard about this.This is shown in Tv. :side: :S
It is ofcourse we can't make any effect on the body in a small time because the body is being heptual for something and immediate changes can affect it badly.
I think dangerous in the sense of body adjustment. Lot of people just want to lose weight through dieting which may not be taken by everybody. Some may get adjusted but not all due to which other problems may come. But i see most of the time people gain fat again after attending some weight loss techniques.
This is true and one should decrease his fat slowly slowly Otherwise his BP will fall rapidly.
I feel sasikanth is true. We should reduce the fat slowly not at a time. by the way nothing should be stopped or reduced at a time. it causes many problems
Anything of a sudden is not good and the same rule applies to health also. If we try too much to get an immediate result it would surely bring an adverse effect to our overall health. Therefore, patience holds the key and things should be done gradually so that our body adjusts with it properly...!
Reducing anything all in a sudden will create a lot of problems mentally and physically.
I agree with Abid that we should stop anything all of a sudden. we should slowly stop the things. so reducing fat also should be reduced slowly
Regular exercise is the best way of reducing fat quickly and in a natural way. There is no best alternative other than these and if some alternative is used it could result in side effects...!
all those reduce 10 kilos in 10 days plans are such a waste of time.if you want to lose weight do it gradually and slowly.
Of course sudden change in anything in our body tends to create problems which can harm also.
You are right isha sudden reducing fat also causes harm to body.
There are many medicines available in the market to reduce fat quickly. These medicines are really fake and we should not believe on it.
Yes, Ronark. whatever you said is true. 2 days before a lady in Andhra Pradesh had taken medicines to reduce fat but those medicines showed negative reaction on her and that leads to death but anyhow she got saved as people have admitted her in hospital.
sudden increase/decrease of anything from our body will make our body lose its balance...
We can reduce fan by having oats daily with milk. As oats has a character to reduce the fat.
