Fat
The medical studies is saying not try to reduce fat immediately.If you do like this there may be many problems.The doctors are warning about this.
Lol.. I guess I am already doing many things for waking up early.. I used to put 2 alarms daily .. but still I don't know when I off it in the sleep.. ha ha
What are the other things you do then? :)
I would suggest to keep mobile/alarm clock far from you so that you may have to walk a distance to put off the alarm. :laugh:
Wow.. That's a good idea. ;) I am putting it on my bed only.. Let me put it little far away from the bed tonight.. May be it works.. I hope I at least listen alarm. :laugh:
