The medical studies is saying not try to reduce fat immediately.If you do like this there may be many problems.The doctors are warning about this.

yes because whatever you have lost this way, you would gain that much of fat back in no time. exercise with patience that is the right key.
ohh :ohmy: i really miss this thread. Very useful information shared here. Can anyone explain taking oat will reduce our weight? As one of my friend informed that oat will help us to avoid fat to our body only and not fat reducer. Is it true?
By taking also garlic with milk every night will also help to reduce fat in the body.
Early morning have luke warm water with honey and lemon.....you would see the results in a month time......
Fat is essential in body but extra fat is bad.Daily exercise and proper diet will reduce the fat and keep the body fit.
The tip which I said above must do for forty days with out failing then see the result.
I agree. Even I have heard that from many. Better not follow over exercising and over dieting.

SJ.. Exercising is good.. but over is not the good word. :evil: So better we don't do anything over. I had read in news that one person got die because of over exercising in JIM. :(

Hi Anand excess of everything is always bad if it is exercising or over eating everything is bad. :) .I don't do exercise as i am very lazy and don't want to do physical work...hehehe :laugh:
Even I don't do that. But I seriously wanted to start.. But unfortunately I am not able to wake up early in the morning .. always used to wake up 9 am.. Give some idea so I can wake up early.. h aha

Just tell SHAKHA people that you want to join them and then they will not let you sleep after 5:00AM...hehehe. :laugh:

I would suggest to keep mobile/alarm clock far from you so that you may have to walk a distance to put off the alarm. :laugh:

Wow.. That's a good idea. ;) I am putting it on my bed only.. Let me put it little far away from the bed tonight.. May be it works.. I hope I at least listen alarm. :laugh:
