It is ofcourse we can't make any effect on the body in a small time because the body is being heptual for something and immediate changes can affect it badly.
I think dangerous in the sense of body adjustment. Lot of people just want to lose weight through dieting which may not be taken by everybody. Some may get adjusted but not all due to which other problems may come. But i see most of the time people gain fat again after attending some weight loss techniques.

Yes, Ronark. whatever you said is true. 2 days before a lady in Andhra Pradesh had taken medicines to reduce fat but those medicines showed negative reaction on her and that leads to death but anyhow she got saved as people have admitted her in hospital.
