Hissar Byelections and anna factor

Anna team had worked against congress and not for any party in Hissar By election. This constituency was not congress held. In fact, congress was in third position even in previous elections. Congress has only repeated the last performance with loss of around fifty thousand votes. This loss of fifty thousand votes is marginal and this may not be only owing to Anna factor. If anna team makes too much of this, they will be harming themselves only.
