For some people leafy vegetables directly wont suit their body then they should mix and cook with other vegetables and have.
Green is nothing but the chlorophyll. Scientists could not create cholorophyll. Otherwise, we would have taken artificially made chlorophyll instead of the natural.
Thus we are dependent on trees, plants and herbs.

I,personally,have develop myself to eat all vegetables,although i din't like it,by feeling and thinking that its nutrient value would keeps me away from any diseases.

Before cooking the leafy vegetables keep them in the salt water upto 10 minutes and cook so the bacteria will be removed.
