1.No diet planning.
2.It will take plenty of time to reduce weight first the water in the body reduce then energy and last fat.
3.Change the excercises for every 15 days.
4.Do the following excericises regularly.
1.Trade mill
2.walker.
3.cycling
4.Spot jogging
5.walking on steps
and finally.
Doing all the above you have not reduced weight means that you are having the harmones in balance.
