I think it depend on the dollar value.I had little idea about this.

It depends on economic condition of world,price updown even on any comments of fomous person.

As explained above, it depends upon value of money in the market, it also depends upon other economic factors.
Other economic factors like-
1. Price of commodities, substitutes, relatives and comparatives.
2. Exports and imports
3. Change in demands and supply, etc.
These are some factors, there are more factors.
