Is any one knowing to control over heat in the body from home.

You eat fruits. And drink minimum 10 glasses of water in a day.

Take nimbu-sharbat, buttermilk,dahi,coconut water atleast only in a day.
We must avoid acidic and spicy food it is increase heat of our body.

Eat water rich vegetables like doodhi, pumkin, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms etc. they are easy to digest.

But I had problem of Asthma so I cannot have this coconut water in night time.
The yummi Lassi made of only yugrut and simple sugar , without adding any cream protect our body from getting over heat.
