Obviously, the occasion was to help the physically handicapped. But the persons demanding petrol also were also financially handicapped. This indicates need to provide remunerative employment to physically handicapped. In fact, government has done a lot for physically handicapped. There is quota for physically handicapped in government services They also get concession in rail fare and state transport. Government may now consider giving subsidy to physically handicapped in petrol also.
