Not able to upload document--Help

Try clearing all cache, cookies and temporary internet files and login again.

the same problem is happening for me too...i cleared all cookies and i logged in once again.. but still it is showing the same problem while try to upload the document.

Which browser you are using? Did you try with different browsers?

i am using firefox 3.5.. i will always login with this browser only..

Its bit strange. I am able to upload and proceed to the next stage. How much is the file size. Max size is 1 MB

the size is 354 kb.. i restarted my system and i tried ..now, it is uploading correctly and went to third stage ...thanks maverick ...

there is also another possibility in reason for unable to upload the document.. if you uplaod a document but in the same name if another document exists in boddunan, it will lead to same second page..
i faced it once when i try to upload a question paper..in previous style of boddunan,it showed a error message.. but in new style of boddunan , it didn show the error but it leads to same second stage itself..
so rename the document and try it once........

Yes. It may be the reason for it. Try to rename the document and submit it again.

Do you use any Internet security software/proxy?

internet security software means did u mean antivirus software???

This time i turnoff my ESET smart security.. but still i can't upload

I am not sure if there is any other name for it but it is called as Internet Security software only. It includes antivirus, spam protection, online protection etc., features. Generally such software interpret the browsing experience.
