when we are working in an organization with many people and we are not getting any recognization for our work done or we are doing our work sincerly with our efforts but iti is not been recognized what we have to do in that situation?

you should ask your seniors or boss how is your work lacking from others.

You should be creative in your work with others.Be smart in your work than hard.Dont follow others create your own style to complete your work fast.

One should not bother much about recognition. It is enough to do your work to the best. Only when you are not given your due salary or not promoted in violation of rules, you may raise an issue.

In such situation we should be more active and take part in every aspect of the companies work but first we should concern the senior worker about the recognization
