Which one is having more health benefits walking or running.

Jogging or running is better. For old people 50 and above, walking is more appropriate.

Walking in the morning is a good exercise for health.Yoga also helps to remain fit and healthy mentally and physically.
Both running and walking are excellent aerobic exercise.

Both exercise is good for weight loss.
It may vary from person to person. Overloading the heart by running is not suitable for heart patients. So, it is best to get advise from therapist. But in general, walking and jogging both are good for health. Jogging comes as a part of cardio-workout.

walking and running depends on the mood of the person . It is his own choice whether he want to walk or run . both benefits equally.
Running burns more calories than other activities and even climbing stairs burns lot of calories. But depending on age walking is suitable to everyone.
Walking is the best and better than running. Jogging is different from running.
I think it depends upon the age and other factors of a particular individual. Preferably jogging is better than walking...!

Walking or running, both the exercises are good for your health. But if you compare them both, running is a better exercise than just walking. Running can burn your fats more faster than walking as well as running can increase your stamina and you feel more energetic and active throughout the day. Walking on the other hand is good for senior people who cannot run. Also walking in the morning is a good exercise instead of just staying in your home and waking up late.
Our elders said that it is better to walk than run.

I think Running is more beneficial as it increases one's stamina.
i think both are good exercises but by running you may get tired faster than by walking. so it depends on you. walking with yoga may give you better results. but to start any exercise, one needs a motivational kick!!
