Have you done any crime by mistake ?

So far, I have not faced any prosecution for criminal act. Hence, there is no crime intentional or by mistake. I might have harmed some one mentally or physically as others would also have done. Unless some one is severely hurt or put to big financial loss by fraud, there is no crime. Petty quarrels and small insults among friends or family do not constitute crime.

Thus, I have not indulged in any crime intentionally or by mistake.

To feel crime I think act not required I think atleast one crime we may have in our life .

I havent done any crime till now in my life but ya mistakes are done by me several times. To do any crime one should be very strong mentally. :dry: :huh:

I think eating non veg is also a unkown crime without act. Whatever you eating its after killing or murder.

Killing animals and birds for satisfying hunger is not a crime. It is written in holy books- when their was famine, people were dieing due to hunger, God set many birds for us to kill and eat them. It was written may be in Bible.
Yes, unnecessarily killing anyone for pleasure is a crime. This is what happened many years ago. Men killed many blue whales in sea. The colour of that sea is red even today also due to the blood of whales. I am writing about the Red Sea. There are many examples.
Adhere to this, scientists have discovered that life is everywhere. Even plants are alive. We are cutting trees for food and shelter is also crime.
When we are walking, we kill many insects, we don't care for them. When we see mosquitoes and pests, we kill them instantly without thinking about it even for a second. May be it is a crime. But we feel better and safe.
When we insult or hurt someone is also crime. We are born to do crime on Earth. However, Government has made some law according to which some crimes are not punishable. Killing rat does not ask for capital punishment or imprisonment for years in jail.

If killing animals are not a crime then eat animals by cutting them by you. you can make cut on vegetable our hear accept it but not accept to kill animals then eat.

Whatever written in books i do not know what true and what are false but Only one thinks I know our heart know very well what is true and what is false.

I agree with this well thought post. 'Jeev Jeevasya Bhojnam' (Creature is food of creature) is written in ancient Hindu scripture. The entire universe subsists on food cycle consisting of various creatures. Animals and plants/ trees are all living things. Eating egg is same as eating wheat grain. Violence is inherent in most of human activities. However needless and mindless violence is bad as Devyani correctly commented.

Don't mind but you have mercy even for harmful animals and insects. You are philanthropic in nature. You can't see blood. All human beings are not the same. Many people are cruel or even worst than demons. They don't know what is good or bad. For them everything they do is good like terrorists.

According to law of human its not crime but in the darbars of God its Crime. When you will face God then God will ask you there was option to eat food like veg, potato , tomato etc then why you eat non veg.

Santosh- I do not know why you use Hindi sentences in your posts. all may not understand well It is okay to write some Hindi quotations or poems with English translation. But other content should be in English.

The issue of vegetarian and non vegetarian food has been many times discussed in these forums and views have been expressed by members. I think that you can write an article on benefits and virtue of vegetarian food as compared to Non vegetarian inter alia explaining whether milk and honey obtained from animal sources are veg or non veg and whether domesticating wild animals like cows, buffaloes, horses, elephants etc for our use instead of allowing them to live in their natural habitat is moral, just and proper.

The thread is about unintentional crimes that may escape notice of everyone including the offender. Here Santosh Kumar singh has opined that eating non vegetarian food is crime although not unlawful. There are many petty offenses that are punished by parents or school teachers. Going late to school/ office or shouting at some body could also be considered crime. Nobody is sent to jail for these. Moreover, for most of the offences, one may go to jail for one or two years and not long period. Going by standards of santosh Kumar singh, many of us have done crime. i take meat, eggs, wine. So, to this extent, I am a criminal although this is not punishable by law.
