Nice and interesting article shared by Gulshanji. Practically, deleting Human Memory is possible through Remote Neural Monitoring Device. Infact, with this device everything is possible,deleting, creating and everything happens without any direct contact with the targeted subject. It is happening and is very much in use.

Deletion from human memory still occurs. This is a mental disorder. Humans have conscious and subconscious mind which is a sort of recycle wing.
