The reservation politics

it is very wrong thing that seats are reserved in education and politics and in other fields . each person should get priority on the base of talent not on the basis of position.our leaders are such that they are leading for caste system and not helping people.

Politicians are dividing the country on religion lines.

Reservation based on the identity of a person as belonging to a caste, community, religion should stop completely if we want India to achieve to the best of its capacity.

we want to protest against it eve in the last time i think some of students had protested against it but there was no benefit.as it is settled up in the roots of govt.

Salman Khurshid, union Law minister promised more reservation for Muslims. Election commission has censured him.

Apparently, Election Commission is going too far. Government may not begin some new project but how the parties campaign. It is all about what the party will do for people and what others are not doing. There can be no campaign without making promises to electorate.

Salman Khurshid has said that nothing will stop him to work for Muslims even if election commission hangs him.

This is a very bad System started at the time of British and that system was still alive because of our politician.There is very less job for the general class students even they cannot qualify for job.This all because of reservation System this must be stop.Today it develop impact on all field.Other caste easily get job because they are backwards.And general student remain their hand empty after scoring a good marks than a backward students.

No No Sir system is good.One day will come when we ,the General cast will demand for our reservation.
When all seat will go under reservation and for us will be nil, then we will be called minority and we will deserve for reservation.

Apart from merits of reservation and the stand taken by Salman Khurshid, there is unpleasant scenario of rift between election commission and the Union Law minister. It appears that the CEC is taking the constitutional status of Election commission too far. No authority, even election commission, is not supreme. Supreme is in fact,the Union cabinet. How? All constitutional authorities including judiciary are under the President of India, who functions only under advice of Union cabinet. Thus, Union cabinet headed by Prime Minister will always have final say howsoever 'independent' and 'autonomous' other authorities may be. This is also necessary as some authority have to be final. No authority can really be final except Union cabinet enjoying support of parliament.

The CEC first reprimanded Union Law Minister and then made a complaint to President of India, who will decide only on advice of Union cabinet that includes Salman Khurshid. Thus the CEC is repeatedly making his position funny- first covering Mayavati and elephant statues, now complaining against Union Law Minister.

All the political parties are playing this drama for the sake of getting the sympathy in the form of votes.....let the election finish and no one will come for the welfare of the people.......

A politician who cannot stand his own word cannot do anything for the country........

Reservation is just another hype created by Salman Khurshid, he wont abide by time when the time will come for him to act.....

The reservation policies is very bad system in India.It decreases the moral strength of a very student across India.Many Student try to kill himself.This must be stop.

The congress expects all to show respect to the constitutional authorities. But it appears that congress want to show respect the same way as shown to stone deities in temple. The deities are not supposed to be assertive. They only command respect. The constitutional authorities like CEC should also be like stone idols and accept mere respect without real authority.

Happily, the matter ends with express of regret by Salman Khurshid, Union minister. It is necessary for orderly functioning of our parliamentary system that all concerned including the various constitutional authorities recognize their limitations and not create unpleasant scenario.

Actually our politicians are following the same lines what our erstwhile rulers used to do and that was divide and rule. These politicians are not thinking beyond their own-selves while it comes to vote bank. Such a shame, country's welfare has no meaning for them.

It appears that congress has a big team to deal with various issue. As Khurshid is out of game owing to election commission, Beni Prasad Verma has been fielded to complete the unfinished task of Khurshid. Now Beni Prasad Verma has similarly promised quota to Muslims in spite of Election commission notice in the same matter.

The Election commission is faithfully working according to Congress Scheme. Congress has many leaders to field and election commission will be tired of dealing with each of them. Now Benui Prasad has also been given notice. May be, Beni Prasad also apologizes only to be followed by so called violation by others. Thus, congress and election commission both will get satisfaction.

Did we ever had any doubts about that We all know that no governmental organization or agency can work freely. They all know at the time of appointment that, they would not be able to work against government in office, barring SC probably.

All authorities have their own functions and they have adequate autonomy and freedom to act. But often they become arrogant and overact disregarding overall national interests and oneness of the entire political system. whatever be the level of autonomy, ultimately President of India is above all. President can act only under advice of Union cabinet. Thus Union cabinet headed by Prime Minister has the final say in all matters.
