When I start my work, most of the time I just forget to take my lunch. I don't understand others.
According to me intake of dry carbohydrates can make you awake and energetic.
We should be as punctual with lunch as we are with work. It is better not to commence a new item of work around lunch time and close of office hours. This will ensure that apart from office efficiency, you take your food amd reach home also punctually.
