Recalling legislators

This is natural justice which Team anna key person Arvind Kejriwal wants to deny to elected legislators. He conveniently ignores the party based parliamentary system and the fact that the legislators discuss and vote matters on party line in accordance with world wide parliamentary norms. They do not deal with local matters that corporators, Panchayats decide.
