Koppal Byelection is waste of public money

It has been viewed that bye election to Koppal assembly seat is waste of public money.

This is very valid arguments. Many vacancies of parliamentary and State assembly constituencies arise from individual problems of parties and leaders. For example, Mamata Banerjee did not contest any assembly seat and became CM. Now some MLA will resign and she will contest from that seat. This is definitely waste of public money.

It will be in best interest of nation to abolish by elections to parliamentary and state assembly constituencies vacated by reasons other than death. If some parliamentarian or MLA resigns, the constituency seat should remain vacant till end of full term. also there should be no bye election in last year of Lok Sabha or Vidhan Sabha duration.
