Small tip for hair Problems

Sasi the first and second ingrediates are same pasupu is turmeric. However, i think this does not work as turmeric is generally believed to remove hair. :unsure: :S

No the second one is different than first one try in ayurvedic shops it will available.It will compulsary usefull.

apply turmeric powder to hair and after sometime clean it. the hair fall problem reduces and there is an hair fall control exercise. just sit on the ground , stretch your legs forward then stretch your hands front and then try to touch you toes with hands and touch your knee with your forehead but dont your knee.
