you can change it by going in your profile.

Hi Devyani, there's quite a roundabout way to do this. LOL!

Left hand side on the Main Menu tab, click on Community which is second from top.
Next you will a horizontal menu in which Profile is the first tab, take your mouse over it and you will Change Profile Picture!

yes there is a way to change your avatar by going to your profile there is a option for that.
