yes in village there are to many people who does not have the mobile phone it show that how backward villager are more ever ther is no tower for mobile network.

As the technologies have improved mobile company owners think that no place in world left where mobile is not . but see there are thousands of villages in which mobile phone are still not present.

It is very difficult to manage cellphone for normal citizens then how can one expect villages to have them. First of all the network will not be covered properly. However, i think they are quiet forward then us in many issues.
