There is no secrecy involved. The Government of India is increasing Foreign direct investment in various sectors. The left parties including CPI(M) are not in favour of unrestricted FDI. It has only been clarified that they are not against USA or people there and do not totally oppose Foreign direct investment. This is open and not secret.
