This is very useful link. So, i shall ask my smoker friends to start smoking only an hour after getting up.

I believe smoking is really a dreadful habit no matter at what hour of the day you smoke. So one should avoid it rather than getting accustomed with it and thereby endangering one's life...

Yes I am totally agree with Ajoy. I am also requesting my smoker friends to stop it.
