becoming a moderator

Moderators are recruited based on the requirements in boddunan. When there is a vacancy surely all the members will be notified.

Moderator does not edit articles. This is editors job. A moderator reads forums and may intervene if necessary. He may edit or delete some posts found undesirable or spam. The moderator is paid bonus in addition to revenue share. This is announced every month.

Moderators are taken when there are vacancies .They are paid additionally.

Rana: If you perform well, write quality posts and articles, even if you do not bother about being a moderator, the management will offer you moderator job.
