Identity Cards!

Identity cards, as the name implies, is a document that identifies an individual and this is just a document certifying introduction of a person.
This is like visiting card, which cannot be considered authentic like an identity card.

Identity card may enable an individual to prove his social status or other eligibility criteria to some social welfare scheme. But this is not by itself a remedy for social problems.

id cards are for recognizing the identity of a person means to know about the person but it is not a solution for any problem.

No identity cards can't solve social problems, identity cards are just to know about the person's details, are to know the identitiy

Mere possession of Identiy cards do not solve any social problems. It should be tacked in different way.
