I think Samsung is only company which is offering features in low cost. Go for SAMSUNG GALAXY 3 which is Rs. 12000 in India. I think its in your budget. :)

Friends, What about Lg optimus one P500? I have heard that it is a great mobile within the given price range. Share your views about the same if possible or any other mobile with good internet speed...

Really a good suggestion Rajani but I have heard that Samsung mobiles comes with poor battery in the sense that they get discharge very soon...

Samsung is the best option for android.Now there are many models in the market like ACE or galaxy etc.
