Team player

I can help team if required but i am not good team player i do not know the reason.

My jobs nature is group work.I love to work in team.I help my team with my best.

I would give better results when I work on my own and not comfortable with a team

I am comfortable with group but generally I work by myself.

Actually i have worked only once in team in coaching center only. in office i work as an individual executive.so no information.

Well I am a team person...but I alos think it depends on the leader of the team as well...sometimes because of the leadership,team members stop cooperating...

Yes, I believe that I am a team player and my best comes out when I work with a group or in a team. It always gives me an opportunity to compete with my fellow members and improve the quality of my work. I learn from my team members and at the same time I take a keen interest in helping those who are lagging behind!!!
