i think according to muslim laws aman can marry again if his first wife cannot conceive.

Yes, the islam permits for multiple partners. I think even in olden days different hindu kings also have multiple partners. Lord krishna is also having 100 wives, King Ashok is also having 4 wives etc.

Muslims have a chance to marry upto 4 wives but they should look after 4 wives alike.
