In Ramzan month

They take food after sun set and before sun rise. They observe fast during the day. Generally people sleep during night and work as well as eat in the day. So observing fast in night is meaningless.

Fasting is done in the morning with great devotion towards God.

Its their religious practice to maintain fast from dawn till dusk for whole month.

I truly respect islam as they pray 5 times a day, they give some portion of their earning to people who are poor and lot of good aspects they follow.

Fast should have some meaning.In day time it will be difficult to control yourself where fast in Islam makes it possible.

Apparently, you are mixing Jain religion views with Muslim fast called Roza. Muslim are not Jaini. So, let us not wonder why they break fast after sunset.

Actually even hindus follow the same rules as i stated during eclipse. it is also an scientific reason.

Yes muslims break the fast after sunset, and in the morning they don't eat after the morning azan
