when it is hot, then we feel sleep because, our body gets tired of baring heat and finally feels to take rest so we feel to sleep . As we sleep at morning we feel restless at night
i agree with rajani..due to the heat the precipitation process speed up for cooling the body better which in turn decreases the water level in the body and ultimately low sugar levels.
I think heat is always an annoying factor and it always keeps us awake and restless irrespective of the fact whether it is day or night. In the afternoon we don't feel asleep because of heat rather the time of the day which makes us feel sleepy. Similarly, during the night we feel sleepless because of the humidity factor surrounding us...
