Have you ever returned an item to a store for a refund after having used it?

yes, a costly saree. But not store to a clothing shop. But not for refund for exchange. but the shop keeper is very arrogant and he used un parliamentary language so i kept case on that shop keeper in consumer court with help of my lawyer friend. so i didn't even step into court. But i wont the case and i got my saree and even the amount of sarree and finally shopkeeper closed his shop.

yes one time i purchase a bat and this bat is broken apart so i return it to the store where i purchase it.

I had purchased Nestle Lactogen for my niece and on opening I found some worms. I gave a complain to Nestle and they had come in 3 days and exchanged the Lactogen along with giving two more Lactogens :)

yes..so many times. Most of the time we had a problem with baby dresses sizes.

It is not a bribe. that is the shop keeper responsibility to provide quality items. so as we complain to then they exchange the item .

I check the item before buying. I do not like to return. Some times, I find that the item is not suitable to me. Then instead of returning, I gift to some one who may use better.

Yes I have return two times one time my t-shirt whose size was big then one lungi which i buy for my father was defective.

No, it never happened with me so far and I try to remain very careful when purchasing an item so that I don't have to take the head-ache of returning it afterwards...!
