What do think is a better steam to opt after 10th these days..commerce or science or humanities..tell us by ur personal experience

i opted for science and had the two most grilling years of my life after that :)

I have passed my +2 standard in Non medical stream . Truely said it makes me feel proud that i am passed in non medical in first division.

I did my +2 in Science

Then my Degree 3 yrs in Food Technology

Then 2 yrs in MBA HR

Then 1 yr job as lecturer

Then now working in Water Purification company :)

My journey has been excellent!

hmm after that i have changed my stream . now am pursuing Graduation in information technology.

This depends on your personal interest and aptitude. Science is best for career, commerce comes next and humanities last. But every stream has opportunities. you will rise more in stream at which you are best.

I think both science and commerce have lots of opportunities in their respective fields.

Both the stream are good with lot of career opportunities. Being a commerce background I would like to say that after going with commerce you have lot of opportunities in various fields like banking services etc.

hmm what i feel is that the advantage one has by opting for science after 10 is that he can shift to commerce line or remain in science feild after 10+2,whereas commerce students do not have this luxury.

I feel science is the best stream to cope up. Because in future we can get any kind of job. but commerce is not much fetchable

Every stream has its own importance and demand. Here interest matters rather than which is more fetchable. However in India the science stream is having many oppurtunity compare to other fields. Mixture of science and commerce can be a good option for getting good job.

what i think is that the conventional view that the stronger students opt for science whereas the weaker ones opt for commerce has almost vanished nowadays.

i feel the education system should start becoming little more free with the selection of stream,as in subjects of interests should be given to a student despite of them being of different streams.
