Since Mediterranean diets consists of vegetables, fruits and fishes it really does expands our life by a good margin. We should also cultivate these healthy eating life styles within us as early as possible in our lives so that we could have a long life or perhaps a life free from diseases, pain and agony...

I agree more with later part viz: 'perhaps a life free from diseases, pain and agony. Such life is better even if short.
