skill is needed in every field of life it must develop by developing it we are able to face all the challenange in my life and become success.

I would appreciate of the question were 'how' instead of 'why'. You can work only if you have skill. More the skill, better the work. This is obvious.

True Rajani, also nowadays in any industry multitasking is a norm and a prerequisite for further advancement, hence to grow in your career you need to be skilled at various jobs and tasks! hence skill development has become a necessity!

skill describes the capability in a specific field . so it is required to recognize the specialty in you and enhance it.

I feel skill is nothing but talent. And it will be in every human being
