What do you prefer most?

I prefer both as I am comfortable in both the situations. When we work alone there is always the opportunity to concentrate more in your work rather than the surrounding environment and when we work in a team it really helps to motivate one by taking the examples of others who are working with us on the same foot...

I mostly prefer to be in a team,but can feel comfortable in any of the situations.

I prefer to work both in some situations i like to work single many times i like to work as a team.

It all depends on the kind of situations you have. Both of them have pleasures of different kinds!

I work which i can complete alone is generally done by me. I prefer to work alone but sometimes we have to take the help of a team.

Work in a team is really enjoyable.Team work has its own spirit.

I agree with Abid that it is enjoyable to work in team but sometime if co-operative team is not available then it is ggod to work alone.

i prefer to work in team when there is big project because the size of project matters .but if there is case of single performance then i prefer to work alone as now performance of each one will be counted not of team.

This is a very good question raised by Satish and this question is often asked in professional interviews. Here a candidate needs to answer this question very tactfully by saying that he enjoys both kind of situations to work with and could the add the advantages related with it why he thinks for the same!!!

I prefer both according to the situation. Because for some work we need to do team work and for some work we can handle alone
