Private or government job.........which is better?

I think it depends on one's attitude and merit.Those who prefer security should go for government jobs!

yes, Everyone need a security in their jobs.. So government job may be the better one...

That depends upon the interest.

If you are interested on private job, we need to see which company is secured one.

If you are interested on Government job , we can apply for that.

Everything depends upon our managing and interest

First priority should be to select the type of job suited to your personality, interets and aptitude. Next comes Gov. or private- multinational or other. Govt. jobs are more secure but promotion chances are not good for morte talented. Seniority is more significant in government job. A very briliant and result oriented person can rise early in provate sector. Govt. sector is best for mediocre.

i think private job is better . Rather it is thought by all that govt. job is better but i think a person performs his duties in real only in private jobs.

The government job is better than the private ones it is having the security than the private ones.

In my point of view Govt job is more secure at present.In present scenario people think how can they earn when they are old.In such case they think about pension offered in govt jobs.

government job is better because it is a life time job and this is secure.

Each individual has a different perspective on this. Some love security some challenges!!

It depends on individual's point of view.I will give my first preference to government jobs,then the private jobs.

I agree. Government Jobs are preferred by almost all the people The reason is good pay and perks. The most important of all is there is no  accountability. Just come to the office and while away your time.Your pay is guaranteed.

I feel only deleting the posts will not serve the purpose but deduction of points will be a better option in case of spam and unworthy posts.

 

Every job is good, only you have to give results in your work. If you work hard in private job then it will become more fruitful than a government job.
