We all lose our memory of some thing we read on books..

Here my question is how to find out the day of losing memory of this things and correct it????

Loss of memory occurs at various stages and various ages and causes could be as varied from inattention to progressive degeneration of brain cells! What is commonly experienced by students is caused by lack of concentration and the solution lies in improving it through focused study and meditation!
Loss of memory is usually caused due to lack of concentration. The solution for the loss memory is to concentrate when you study and meditation also helps in remembering things
It 's a good idea to jot down the essential points and some mnemonic techniques too can be tried!
I think meditation, yoga and certain brain training exercise would certainly going to help the cause. I also believe certain medicines are also there to improve and regain the good condition of our memory...
I think,if we concentrate in any things,we will not lose our memory.
we try to concentate on the topic nicely and revise that part and try to learn it for a longer period.
Our memory is limited. We need fix sequence of our daily routine and arrange our activities and information logically so as to conduct our affairs properly. For example, If you put all things that you have to carry to office at one place, you will not forget any item. Begin any new item after finishing old one. Associate events with relevant persons and firms. Do not bother about irrelevant matter. If you keep irrelevancy out of memory, only relevant things will remain there.
The solution for losing memory is to write the things to do.This is the best way to do the things in time.
We loss memory in various time and we forget manythings. Meditation is the good solution.

Setting reminders and notes in cellphone can be a good solution. However their is no medical solution for memory loss as it comes with age and other things.
