What are linguistic Communities? How much such communities are there in India?

Linguistic communitis are based on language. Thus there are communities based languages like Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Ounjabi etc. These languages have also different dialects as Bhojpurim Rajasthani, Maithali, Hariyanavi etc. are dialects in Hindi language. The lunguistic communities may be run in hundreds.
