How to stop ragging in colleges?

It's not at all difficult for any responsible college authority to identify the elements who are behind ragging!

but in some colleges the management itself encourage raging, in our college the seniors used to call the admin for party so they used to give chance for them to rag us. this is really ridiculous on college managements

Ragging is really something very wanted going on and I don't know when this problem is going to come an end but surely something should be done so that it is totally discouraged...

Ragging is good to be, but if it crosses the limit, then it look very acward

The one simple message I can convey friends that, Don't allow your seniors to rag you harshly and when you become senior don't apply harsh ragging on your juniors....
