Which is the best Indian bank?

Now a days, all the banks offer identical features associated with their products.
New generation banks have come up with lot of direct banking channels such as Net banking,Mobile banking, ATM,Phone banking etc but the same has been adapted and implemented by the public sector banks also.

In my view, banking becomes better if you have a one point of contact.You make good relation with one banker, he/she can help you to ensure that all you your problems are sorted out smoothly.

New generation Pvt sector banks are comparatively much focused on service part and even your complaints are handled properly.HDFC Bank and Axis Banks are few examples of very good banks from customer's perspective.

These days banks playing an important role by providing high class facilities to its customers. I personally like State bank of India but the role of private banks in providing facilities is really noteworthy....

I wonder if any of them could be described as the best when all of them have similar facilities and standards of services!

In my point of view,according to the services offered "Bank Of India" is the best one.

I think state bank of india is a good bank for banking in India. It has wide network of branches all over the country with quick service orientedness.

i have account in icici it has provided me all facilities amd m satisfied with it.

I have accounts in SBI , SBT (an associate bank of SBI) and Federal bank (Kerala based).I feel the dealing well in FB > SBI>>>>>SBT

Now a days all the banks of good and same standard facilities, so difficult to choose one

yeah now the days banks are also providing online banking . which has make the transaction and balance inquiries more rapid.

I think State Bank of India is the best.There are so many facilities there.
