Worrying is a certain which we cannot control but finding a solution matters.
If the things happen against our will or expectation ,it leads to worry or sadness.
Worries ar no help. In fact these make matters worse than they are!
It comes out of depression or the negative thoughts crossing one's mind.It aggravates the problem and makes the situation difficult to handle.
It is a feeling.. The positive thoughts make it disappear...
I agree with chinmoy mukherjee, worry worsens the situations,
yes, worrying benefits in some situations.If people are worrying then it seems that they are trying to find the solution. But if unnecessarily worrying there is no use .
Uncertainty of events brings worries. If certain unceratin events or problems are likely to cause damage to your or your family's interests, finance or peace, you will be worried. In this situation, calm mind and good counsel of well wishers and family helps.

Here I may quote a couple by Goswami Tulsi Das, author of Ram Charit Manas, Holy Book.

Dheeraj, Mitra Aru Nari,
apat Kal parikhiye chari.

(Patience, friendship and wife are best tested in emergency. If you are patient and think calmy and get good help and advice from friends and family, your worries will be removed and problems solved.
Worrying benefit some corporates and hospitals eventhough it does not pay any thing to the author!!!!
Worrying dont benefit anyone,but we are humans we tend to worry!

It is very easy to advice someone,but the same advice becomes thorns for us :)

Kill worries before worries kill you!
Worrying doesnot help anyone but has negative effects on our health. don't worry be happy should be the philosophy of one's life.
I still remember the slogan that Big B says in the film "Toofan" - Don't worry be happy!!!
Once Mahatma Gandhi quoted:
"There is nothing that wastes the body like worry and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever".
Well, what all our our sages and seers down the ages preached and practised is detachment which for ordinary mortals is so difficult!!
I remember the song- Main fikr ko dhuen mai udata chla gaya- in Hum dono movie. This means- I smoke away all worries. Devanand in the movie used cigarette to vanish worries. Others may take to drink like Devdas. Some believe that Yoga removes worries.

In fact, we need not be obsessive or very sentimental and should take things easy. We should do the best and forget the rest. That is the way to live a meaningful, worry less life. It is best to work sincerely to solve these if necessary by taking expert advice. Just worrying does not help.
Worries throw people in to the depression.Before it attacks you you only must attack with a sweet smile.
