there are no particular remedy for belly? but we have to control our diet and regular exercise will help.
There is a very good exercise to reduce your belly.In Yoga we can call it "noukasana"
Doing regular exercises like skipping,squats and sit ups are effective.
Good diet and regular exercise can help a lot and a oil message too helps

Regular exercise or Regular Yoga and good diet help you lot.
There is not need to control diet.but we have perform exercise daily.
I think bellyfat will come under control if you either swim daily or ride a cycle daily.
we can control our belly from becoming fat, by doing exercises.The best exercise is sit ups and the other is bending towards front completely without bending knees. Practicing these 2 exercises 5 times each every day at early morning there will be best body fit and control in your belly
Also push ups will reduce the belly fat.But all these should be regular.
light diet and doing exercises are the best home remedy for belly fat
We should control our diet and we should exercise regularly. we should follow a diet chart.
Do exercise daily and decrease your diet as well
