Laws?

First of all let our country fellowmen follow the existing laws; then we can proceed to changing the so called laws.

Enough good laws are there,only we need some honest and determined persons to administer them!

It is no use talking in so general terms. Change in everything goes on eternally. Be specific as to what you want to change. There are so many posts beginning : do you think, Are you thinking. This carries no meaning and there is nothing to discuss.

People are looking for loopholes in the laws.THat is why our country does not become good.

Law makers and law breakers will always be busy in exercise of finding and plugging loopholes in law. The legal fraternity is thriving on these loopholes.

Our countries Law is not strong enough to give punishment in most of the case....

Whos says laws are not strong enough! If you are following the events involving 2G Spectrum case you must observed that in the early days of investigation under CBI, attempts were on to shield the corrupt and the moment the control passed into the hands of Supreme Court the results were striking! Raja and Kanimozi are grimly struggling to come out of the Tihar jail!!!

Law is strong but the money power, mafia and organized criminals obstruct the judicial process. There are huge number of pending cases in courts. This also causes delay in justice.

first the country should think about the goodness of its own people then it can move to other steps.

May of the laws of our country should be changed.

I don't thing changing laws could bring in any change for the general good of the people rather it is our perception and views towards other members in our society that could help in bringing about a change. Ask yourself the question, how could you bring in a change for the general good of the people and find out your own ways to help others and you too will be helped from them in return...
