It's difficult to accept that only Indians are dying in those trouble-torn countries.It's true that there some incidents in Australia where some anti-India groups have been active and launching racial attacks!

I think the victims die in general violence.For example Indians who are living in the Middle East who are as much exposed to the current spell of violence in some countries as any!
