You need to remember things systematically just as you keep files and books. Systematic and logical sequence of information will enable easy remembering. For example, make a list of things you want to carry to your office daily. Remember these as a group and also place the items at one place. Associating things with what you already remember will help. You may also remember by making poem or abbreviations. For example- Money is a matter of functions four, a medium, a measure, a standard, a store.
Good memory is not only remembering. This is also forgetting. Our brain is like a cupboard. We need to throw away useless and retain useful in orderly manner. Some complain that they have weak memory. But they remember most unwanted things more. If you forget the useless, the relevant items will always be fresh in your mind.
I think upto some age the chances of memory improvement is possible after that nothing can regain it back as cells in brain die after some age which is the main reason for memory loss.
