Welfare State?

A welfare state is one where power that be strives to pursue policies the goal of which is to produce optimum welfare for its citizens!

The basic function of state is maintenance of law and order and defence of borders from alien enemy. A state that confines to these functions only is called a police state. Later state expanded her functions by undertaking measures for welfare of people like public gardens, social security, public utilities. The state was then changed fro police to welfare.

i have little idea anout this topic in future i will explain it.

welfare state is when some of the rights or powers of the politics are induced are produced for the benefits of society.
