What is the scope of Managerial Economics?

Managerial Economics and MBA course all have similar contents. There does not appear vast scope for managerial economics.

Mangerial economics particularly deal with topics which have a significant bearing on mangerial performance - for instance price behavior, pricing under different market conditions etc.
